Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Processing time takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your order. Shipping usually takes 2-4 days,

but I can't guarantee anything once the order has been shipped. During this time, please expect possible shipping delays due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Q: If I order a custom song painting, how will I know I’ll like the end result?

A: I work very closely with customers who order a custom painting because it’s important to me that you are happy with the finished product. I will contact you once the painting is complete and I will ask if you are satisfied with it. If for some reason you aren’t, I am more than happy to either change what you don’t like or start over at no extra cost.

Q: Do you do other customs besides song paintings?
